Founded in 1994, Kehilla is making changes to better serve the Chicago Jewish young adult community. Each partner synagogue: Anshe Emet, Or Chadash, Temple Sholom, Emanuel Congregation and Anshe Sholom B’nai Israel will offer discount young adult membership/high holiday tickets. We encourage you to contact them to find out more information regarding membership.

By becoming a member of a Kehilla synagogue, you will automatically become a member of Kehilla. Throughout the year Kehilla will be your connection to the Chicago Jewish community. If you want to get involved in synagogues, Hebrew classes, a basketball tournament, volunteering or learning opportunities, Israel travel – give us a call or surf our website. We will connect you to wherever your interests may lie.

In addition to the exciting and enriching programs offered by the Kehilla partners, Kehilla has its own year-round programming that follows the Jewish calendar. Celebrations such as THE Chanukah Party, Young Adult Seder, Makor Shabbat dinners, Tikkun Leyl Shavuot (an all-night celebration of Shavuot) and other exciting activities give you the opportunity to incorporate Jewish celebration and tradition into your life.
